Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with teeth whitening. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for teeth whitening will be charged at an additional cost.
Appointments are subject to availability. The teeth whitening discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event that Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic is not able to facilitate an appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. Where the teeth whitening discount appointment must be cancelled in the event that Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic is unable to facilitate the appointment scheduled and cannot rearrange the appointment, a full refund will be issued to the patient.
The teeth whitening discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of the use of this offer or receipt of the treatment. Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic does not guarantee that the treatment will not cause damage of any kind (whether direct or indirect) to the patient’s teeth, and therefore Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic accepts no responsibility in the event that the treatment causes any damage to the patient’s teeth.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Manor House Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
